every day i got 5 massages from customers "when i get my order "

I don't understand , they no see it's FBA - PRIME

I don't knowwww !!! why they ask me ?!

I'm not the right guy to answer

Please help me - what to write them ? have template ?

There is now a pattern that you are asking people to do your homework. If you can't even put together a response email for such routine "issues", probably running a business of your own is not the best option for you.
