Anything else needed from Amazon to be reinstated?
Account got suspended due to sale of items imported from outside of EU. Thought it's straightforward to appeal according to previous experience.
Wrote appeal email following the suggested outline...'' The problem occurred due to supplier sourced from all over the world, since EU distributor complaint, we will make sure our supplier only supply us the EU version rather than those from outside of the EU.We will also double check each new product to make sure it's allowed to sold in EU.''
Communicated with Amazon a few time no success but with similar reply as below:
''Hello,
We received your plan to address the problems we identified. Please reply to this message after you have implemented all of the remedies outlined in your plan. Once we receive your email, we will review your account and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.co.uk again.''
Anyone can point me what Amazon is after?
