Hello from Amazon,

We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because our reimbursements team found you’ve submitted a high volume of insufficiently researched reimbursement requests to Seller Support which is prohibited by FBA’s policies: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...deId=200242960 .

Specifically, our review found that you have repeatedly shipped less quantity than what was submitted on your shipment plan and have subsequently submitted reimbursement claims for the shortages.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

How do i fix this? I used refundsmanager before. I think they screwed us.

Figure out the issue that they suspended you for, solve it, then appeal the suspension with a resolution

That doesn't tell me anything. I used a refundmanager system that flooded them with claims. Everything was legitimate. Is there a algorithim that is causing this. Help me please!

If you violated amazon policy with the refundmanager system, I would appeal and apologize to using the software. Or if its not against policy and it just made some mistakes, just apologize / appeal and say you won't use it anymore.

Figure out why they suspended you, then write a nice appeal letting them know you realized your mistake and it won't happen again

So this software "refundmanager" flooded Amazon with claims? have you spoken to the company that owns RefundManager?

I did. They are useless and blamed everyone but me. They would file 3 claims on one issue. I cut them off last month. To late I am afraid. I was fearful of this. I always file claims here and there to break it up. Not 15 a wack. They do lose a lot of items. We send very small items to them that aren't valuable. How do i appeal this though.
