Hello,
Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During this review, you may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we review it. If you have any open orders, please ship them.
To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.

| TonyAlmeida | 12-01-2016 01:05 PM | Re: How should I appeal Is it real or stealth account?
I personally call this as a "hard review" :) and it take them 30 to review if you not appeal.
I used to leave it alone, rise the price so I don't have anymore order on this account and let it sit. After 30 days when it done then sale again.
I have bad experience when appeal this kind of review. Got account deleted just after appealed. Again, it's just me :) |
| Ste2223 | 12-01-2016 01:48 PM | Re: How should I appeal Mine is the same, contacted them many times and provided everything that they have asked for. All parcels are tracked and I've got around 4% feeback (just shy of it). I'm 1 week into the review and just sitting hoping they will release it. I can still sell on all the eu accounts and get money just the .co.uk one is playing up. Will wait and see. |
| shalomcity | 12-01-2016 06:24 PM | Re: How should I appeal Its 25k in the account. Its a ghost account. Is it possible to pop off the review quicker? am i screwed. I really don't want to ship everything and fine i dont get paid for 90 days. What can i do? Bribe people to write feedback and hope they go away? Help! |
Re: How should I appeal Just talk to all your previous buyers and ask them kindly to leave feedback. Get as much feedback as possible then appeal politely.
That's what I would do :) |
| shalomcity | 12-02-2016 11:07 AM | Re: How should I appeal Thank you ! Thats what I have done. How much feedback should I get though before they will lift the hold? |
Re: How should I appeal Get all the feedback you can |
| shalomcity | 12-02-2016 04:07 PM | Re: How should I appeal Sent a email blast and promised 25% off each order who leaves feedback till Saturday. Their pilling up. The question is when to appeal? |

| shalomcity | 12-02-2016 04:21 PM | Re: How should I appeal Why not? I got 20 feedback already! |
Re: How should I appeal It's against amazon policy, but hey you got some positive feedback that should help you out. Best of luck to your situation, hopefully they just warn you about that move and restore you. |

| shalomcity | 12-02-2016 08:42 PM | Re: How should I appeal But am I ****ed on the account? I dont want to carry 12k in inventory for 90 days and ship it if they wont fix it. Their is 25k in it now and its stealth. I don't like the feel on the account when i havent made any money yet. I have to pay supplies in 30 days. |
| RosieTosie | 12-03-2016 06:20 AM | Re: How should I appeal You really dived into selling on this account didn't you, way way to fast as well as you are now finding out. If you don't send those orders out you will definately lose the account and the 25k you have left in it, why did you leave so much in it anyway. You should have been withdrawing it and sending out the orders as they came in, straight away, so they couldn't build up so much as well.
Big lesson for you on how not to run an account! |
| shalomcity | 12-03-2016 11:48 AM | Re: How should I appeal I got a few a to z claim already. I feel like i am screwed. I would send the orders if i will get paid. But i feel like i am screwed. Should i ship them? |
Re: How should I appeal You should fullfill the orders if you can handle receiving the money in 90 days. |
| shalomcity | 12-03-2016 01:17 PM | Re: How should I appeal I really don't want to carry amazon for 90 days its not right. I would ship everything if i can survive the review. Can i fix it? |
| TonyAlmeida | 12-03-2016 01:42 PM | Re: How should I appeal To fix it the only thing you can do is ship them and wish for the best. If you don't ship them I'm sure you will lost the battle |
| shalomcity | 12-03-2016 03:07 PM | Re: How should I appeal It feels like i am gona get paid in 90days with them. I don't know what to do. I am not carrying 12k for 90 days. I would rather start over. If i ship everything and get paid in a month i would do it. How do you know what amazon will do? |

Hope that will work out for you.
May I ask how many order you sold in total? How many did you shipped? How many need to be ship? and how many A-Z claim? |
| shalomcity | 12-04-2016 12:50 PM | Re: How should I appeal Have 1080 orders. 3 a to z. 3 negative feedback. I don't know what to do. I would ship if we got paid. I don't want to float amazon and get paid in 90 days. Rolling Reserve then i would feel ok. But this sucks. What would you recomend. I don't trust the Weasel at Amazon. |
Re: How should I appeal Let us know how it goes! |
| TonyAlmeida | 12-04-2016 11:18 PM | Re: How should I appeal You NEED to ship those orders out and wish for the best. |
| shalomcity | 12-05-2016 01:06 PM | Re: How should I appeal They just happened yesterday. ODR is 2.4 Probably a little lower. I can probably get the feedback removed. However at this point, I would ship the orders, however i am deeply afraid i won't get paid in 90 days. I am not going to carry amazon for 90 days. Hoping for the best with amazon is reciepe for a mess. They are weasels. Is there a way to fix this or am i done with the account. Shipping with no guartnee means i will have to carry the money and amazon run off it. Thats not right. If i can fix the account please give me a plan to do it. I don't trust Amazon at this point. A rolling reserve would have been reasonable.
SHould i ship. I think i am ****ed? I don't know what to do. |

SHould i ship. I think i am ****ed? I don't know what to do. | No, you account not *******ed yet, at least not now.
- If you ship the remain orders now your chance to get account reinstall and selling again a bit higher. I mean your chance higher of all the options here but not guarantee. Or you could get your money after 90 days if your account is suspended for good but not delete
- If you don't ship the remain orders now your chance to get the account back are very small. You might not get paid after 90 days after all if Amazon deleted your account. If you lucky enough that they just suspended your account you still get paid after 90 days.
It's is up to you at this point. No one here know what Amazon will do to the account. The info I provided just base on my experience only. |
| Ste2223 | 12-06-2016 09:57 AM | Re: How should I appeal Sorry to hijack the thread, as I've said I have the same issue. Although I sent Amazon Seller Support an email last night, woke up this morning with an email stating that they have contacted me by phone with no luck and want a contact number to call me on.
It is an stealth account etc, is it safe to speak to them on the phone? What will they ask/need ready to provide? |

| shalomcity | 12-07-2016 11:49 AM | Re: How should I appeal They hadn't paid us for a month! They screwed up with our new credit card. I don't know anyone who lets someone else float them for 30 days. Then maybe 90. Thats 120. You have to be a idiot.
At this point are feedback is spiking. Can they account be fixed? Or done? I would ship i just don't trust them. I am not carrying them for 4 months! While they float on are money. I would ship everything if we could fix it. . We have shipped the first bunch anyway.
What should i do! |
| TonyAlmeida | 12-07-2016 11:57 AM | Re: How should I appeal How many orders you HAVE NOT ship? How OLD are the orders? |
Re: How should I appeal If you cannot afford to wait 90 days to receive the money for the current outstanding orders that are open, do not ship the products. But realize if you do not ship the products, chances are your account will get bad performance and most likely subject to the 90 day hold.
If you can wait 90 days to receive money for the current open orders, then ship the products. This is the best option because it gives you the chance of restoring your account.
We can't help you decide on what to do... But as long as your account is in good standing and you have a lot of positive feedback, and you have not been going against policy and you have not been getting several warnings, chances are your account will be fine.
Amazon is pretty reasonable in how they suspend accounts. |
