My 90 day hold is almost up! :)
 

What's up guys!

So my amazon account was shut down in September of this year and I had a few thousand dollars still in the account.

I know about the 90 day hold, and that it is now almost up!


Has anyone experienced this before?

Do I need to email them on the 90th day and be like, "hey release my funds", or do I just wait?


Any help or insight is appreciated.

Going through this myself right now. Your funds will be disbursed on your normal scheduled disbursement date. make sure you have a valid CC and bank account tied to the account of your disbursement will be delayed until those are corrected.

Yeah my CC and bank is all valid and set to go.

Excited to finally have my funds. Right in time for the holidays too!

I got mine after the 90 day period.

Once you hit the 90th day, it will show in your payment page and will be disbursed on your next payment.. so about 2 weeks following at most.

Hi guys,

I have also been suspended since September 7th (112 days) and I still have not got my money back.

I emailed seller support, seller performace, the payments team, the managing director and Jeff Bezos and nothing.

Anybody got a solution ?

Have you actually received your funds ?

I was in this exact position until about mid december, you need to go through the

whole account (.de,.uk,.it,es) and make sure the CC is up to date and the bank is

correct and there is no outstanding balance. Once you have done this call the

seller support and say you would like a account specialist to release the funds.

I waiting over a month and a half to get them to release the funds, i followed

these steps and then it got disbursed.

Are you sure? You should've received a message back.

Keep emailing and/or calling them. Check your account and also contact the live support from your account.

Yes what he says is correct.

I've made sure that my CC and bank is all set and ready to go, and it shows that my disbursement is ready to go.

Just waiting for the day to come now. =}

UPDATE:

I have been paid.
The 90-day hold stands true.
Feels very nice to have these funds securely in hand now.

mine was deleted but got a reply that i just need to send them a letter and they will pay me. UK Account though
