Amazon UK - Account Restricted What to Do
 

Dear Members,

We recently started selling as Amazon FBA, we have listed our items under a catalogue product. The listing owner reported us as and amazon blocked the listing for "Policy Infringement" although that seller is not a manufacturer but has registered brand. We also have the registered brand for the similar items. The difference is the packaging of the item. Amazon is an open platform and allows the seller to list items under catalogue product and thats why we did it, we are not sure why that is remove and amazon teams is not reachable and customer service people are not much helpful in this matter, Any ideas what to do?

Also, this competitor purchased one of our product from our listing and reported another violation stating that our items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and Amazon sent another email today asking for the supplier details and suppliers invoices. We dont really understand that any competitor can do anything against you and Amazon is not providing any protection? We have not replied to this email yet and we have only 3 days left to reply, we are happy to provide the suppliers details but we are not sure what this seller is trying to achieve. As he has purcahsed an item from the listing where we have listed our product and he reported infringement, he then purchased a different item from the listing that we own and reported this as a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item.

Questions
========

What Amazon will do in this situation, will they close our account ?

How to fight our position and where we stand, as we are not manufacturer of the item but do have a registered brand for this item. Similarly the other seller is not manufacturer of the items.

We are kind a confused here, This seller is not allowing us to list items under his isting stating that he is registered brand owner but he himself listing under other registered brand owners listings? What is the Amazon's policy on this ?

Can you provide them with invoices for the products? It seems that is what they want to see.

unless right owner withdraw the complaint nothing can be done, even after gettign account back you keep listing item with other seller listing u will permanently suspended simple is that,

does not make any difference about packaging, if in the title brand name mentioned u cant list it even if you item is exactly same

Thanks for the replies, We have already removed and deleted all the listings under other sellers. We have submitted the docs required by amazon. Still waiting for the reply from them. Don't know if its end or our journey ? how we can get back on Amazon if account get blocked. Can we buy a new account how that process works ?
