What best debit card to use

I'am new there and wanna know is any body used a advanced cash debit card or Skrill debit card to approve amazon.co.uk seller account ? Is it works fine ?

Or maybe there people who can top up Payoneer account ?

Payoneer card works fr AMZ withdrawals as far as this thread is stating in here:

It may work for withdrawals but you can't use the 16 digit card number to set up a seller account.

Use your own real debit/credit cards from Japan for the charge cards. Most will work with mismatching information

Skrill or advance cash will not work for a charge card on UK Amazon
