I removed plenty of negative feedbacks, if they do not comply to their guidelines, like profanity, item description...
But is there any way to remove, if buyer left negative stating "item never came", but it did a next day?
Obviously I contacted them numerous of times, with no reply and Amazon refused to remove them.

It used to be saying anything would get the comment removed. Whats changed? Its all over the board with their feedback system. It's extremely frustrating. Does anyone have full proof way of removing feedback. Besisdes FBA only.

As far as I know, I can open a case for removal, and if denied, I can appeal 1 time.
It never worked for the late negs.
How else I can keep trying?
