I'm not an AZ seller, but this isn't an issue on eBay because you simply file taxes for your Tax ID. Name on the 1099 doesn't make any difference.

Valid EIN but name doesn't match only looks funny to your CPA but no one else usually cares. LOL.

CPA: Why does your 1099 have your name as "Donald Trump"?
Me: I don't know. Amazon must have screwed up...

You just need the tax ID #, the name doesn't matter

What if the 1099-K amazon issued shows the random person name AND a random social security. Is it still okay for me to file using a different LLC Name and EIN number which doesn't match what's on the 1099-K?
