Amazon suspended my account because a brand

-- Include more details about the steps you have taken to prevent similar complaints.
-- Describe how you will prevent complaints, not just how you will react to them.
-- Focus on the types of complaints and how you will prevent them. Do not focus on specific orders or ASINs.
-- Address other branding complaints (Beats, Dell), not just Apple complaints.
-- Show that you have taken responsibility for the complaints. Based on our investigation, these complaints were not caused by issues out of your control or anti-competitive behavior.

What I can do now should I just delete all my listings and give it try again I'm so frustrating

You can't sell Apple on Amazon anymore, period, unless you're sourcing your inventory FROM APPLE. Apple is a restricted brand now because of the Mobile Star LLC lawsuit a few months ago. Amazon was almost sued themselves for allowing counterfeits to be sold on their platform.

I'm assuming counterfeit complaints is what got you shut down, but correct me if I'm wrong. The Beats and Dell products aren't going to work anymore either. Beats=Apple.
