Call Center
I was wondering if anyone used a virtual call center for multiple existing or long standing accounts?(Not to phone verify). I'm considering setting up a support call center for our websites and was considering integrating in the number that Amazon has on file for our accounts(Not for customers). How important do you guys think it is that Amazon has a valid number? We currently use Google voice for the majority of our accounts but that number always rings and goes to voicemail (Because the forwarding phone expires). Since amazon doesn't offer a way to call that specific technician back we're stuck going round and round via seller support cases. I know I would need different numbers at the minimum but I wonder if I could get away with different extensions? Just curious on thoughts for doing this?
