Or I have to change MAC address of my host system to connect wifi and VPN?

Disable Java Applets, Flash / Shockwave and Active X for your browser.
Every Network adapter has a MAC. Your PC's LAN adapter has a different MAC than you PC's wifi card or your bluetooth adapter. Your Router has it's own MAC. It is impossible for a website to gain any of the information without running an applet. Even if you had one of these applets activated for your browser you would have to give permission to it to run. With all applets disabled, no website can check your MAC.
Your Identity will most likely be exposed through your browser cookies. Some Cookies will last forever even if you think you deleted them. That's where the virtual machine comes into play.

VMware changes the MAC automatically when you install a virtual machine
Virtual box gives you an option to change MAC when you create one, so if you're worried just make sure to change it. Verify its changed by CMD -> /ip config etc

Yes, you can. You're all set with your new VM. Dont worry about MAC address. Make sure to install/fire automatically a VPN on each VM if not, you're still using your host IP. Dont need to deactivate flash, etc... since its a whole new computer for EB/PP it doesnt really matter. Make sure to browse at least 1 whole week, everyday EB and PP (help section, watch/add to cart, etc) before you post something in order to build your new cookies for this new computer and you're all set.

But I am using the same broadband router for several accounts, although I use different VPN for each of the accounts, to hide IP, but can Amazon find that these accounts are connecting to the same router?
