Amazon UK Complaint/ Escalation Matrix - Is there any?
Hello,
I tried searching, what all I could find is people suggesting writing to Jeff (jeff@amazon.com).
I have a need to escalate a matter that is pending with CS team for long (perhaps CS Centre in India). Get generic cut & paste every 48 hours. Nothing working out despite thousands of calls to seller support.
Appreciate if someone could point me to the 'Tried & Tested' way of getting case escalated. Many thanks
