Frozen seller account
 

Hello,
My amazon seller account is frozen. I am not able log in to it, amazon shows that password is wrong. Listings are not active. I haven't received any mail from amazon that account is banned or there is something wrong with it, so that is the strangest thing.

Is there anything I can do now to solve this? To which email I should contact amazon and what I should tell them?

I would appreciate any ideas

But I haven't received any mail from amazon that something is wrong or either that account is deleted. Is it normal?

When an account is deleted, they don't send any email to notify the user. If you had funds in the account, they are most likely gone. Only option I can think of is to email Jeff. Even then, the account may be eligible to receive funds only after 90 days.

Is there any way to reinstate this account? Or I just need to forgot it and try to get money back by contacting Jeff after 90days?

Most of the time its a lost account. But hopefully if you keep emailing them they will disburse your money after 90 days.
