Frozen seller account
Hello,
My amazon seller account is frozen. I am not able log in to it, amazon shows that password is wrong. Listings are not active. I haven't received any mail from amazon that account is banned or there is something wrong with it, so that is the strangest thing.
Is there anything I can do now to solve this? To which email I should contact amazon and what I should tell them?
I would appreciate any ideas
