The big linker for using your real name is DOB. In the past, Amazon never asked for DOB nor required ID. They first required ID, then they started asking for DOB.

Same name wont link. But same name AND same DOB I believe will link.

If you were suspended in the past and never provided your DOB, I have the belief that you can reuse your name.

Make a second DBA for this company and use is to make a second account or just make a new LLC.
