One of my amz accts was suspended lastweek I received a letter from the rights owner for copyright infringement. The next day Amz emails me saying that they are going to permanently hold my funds and cancel and refund all orders if I don't get a retraction from the rights owner and come up with a plan of action and send them invoices..I have 17 days to respond before they make their decision. I have not responded to either the rights owner or Amazon and it has been about a week. How do ya'll think I should go about it?

Yes I will get creative was looking at some service that are charging upwards of $400 to write appeals and such but I dont think I wanna spend that amount of money on letters
Yeah not necessary. Just write it out yourself, address all the issues on the account, provide the documents they are requesting -- and you should be good to go.

I provided them with what they needed, wrote my own plan of action and got my account reinstated... Thanks@elmo if it wasn't for your advice I would have paid $400 bucks for one of those suspension letter services
