Default Can't login to my amazon.com account

I am not able to login to my amazon.com account.

Account got suspended on 14 March.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

I am still able to change the password, etc. but cannot use it.

Some time ago I have changed the banking details but something gone wrong:

Payments have been made into your seller account; however, we are unable to transfer funds from your account because we do not have your banking information on file.

All funds that result from sales on Amazon can only be transferred to your checking account. We cannot send checks, credit your credit card, or credit your retail account at this time.

To enter your checking account information and receive your funds, do the following:

1. Log in to your seller account and go to your seller account information page.

2. In the Deposit Method section, click Add.

3. Enter your checking account details and then click Submit.

Future payments will be transferred to this checking account. Once a transfer of funds has been initiated, it may take up to 5 business days for the transfer to your checking account to be completed. Automatic fund transfers will occur as scheduled as long as you update your information at least 24 hours prior to the fund transfer.

Another thing I still receive emails regarding orders:

Got a bit confused, 90 days will gone soon. The problem is I can't login. How does it looks to you guys?

Does not make any sense. The only responses I get are automatic. They advise me to login and get help from here. The problem is I can't login.

Sounds like they closed / blocked your account if you're getting the change password situation

Something about 2K.

They send me emails that I need to set the payment details because something do not work. Last time I have been there I linked it to the bank account of the old suspended account. If this one was suspended I assumed that I do not care now and linked it to the old bank account.

Keep trying to reach out to seller support via email and phone calls.

Persistence is key anytime an account gets closed/blocked

Back in the days in the amazon stealth guide there was a note if acc get suspended you can link it to the bank acc previously used as you dont care at this point. RUN AND GUN strategy if I remember correctly. Anyway, it was a banal mistake but it happened.

The acc is not closed in my opinion. The problem is communication with amazon. In order to get support I need to log in and I can't simply do it. I do reset my password, receive an email confirmation as well.

It looks like I can still appeal...

Nope. All the important Amazon employees work in offices without phones, apparently.

Email is the ONLY way to get anything done.

OK.

How to get my money back then?

Is it any consumer support organisation etc. that I can contact to get my money back?

Giving up is not the option for me. Should I email them like every day?

Does someone has a full list of amazon emails? I have about 6 or so but some of them got bounced.

Whats the question? Youre account is locked. Stop giving them new information. Everything you give them will be linked and also blocked. Dont know how or why. That is your issue. I will say, that account is burned. Common sense
