Account Suspened now banned in Amazon forum
 

Our Seller Account is suspened and under review, one of our employees just mouth offed in Amazon Seller Forums, we just got banned in the forum. Is that a kiss of death for our account? I am really torn as to ship the items or not.

Just remember if there is any chance that you'll be reinstated - not shipping items is guaranteed kiss of death

Another Idea had occured, to me what happens if you cancel 60 orders and ship 20. You get postive feedback, sixty people go away. Would that work? I just don't feel like gambling with 2k in inventory when you don't what they will do.

Not if you ship them then cancel, for a technical problem, or a bad address. Email customer you are cancelling. They don't complain. Whats wrong with this idea?

Think it through. Do you think every one of those 60 customers will be understanding? I wouldn't be surprised if you receive 1-2 neg feedback (if you can even leave feedback after a transaction cancelation on Amazon)

even so, when they're reviewing your account they can see the messages you sent to customers and have 60 cancelations does not look good whatsoever.
