Not if you ship them then cancel, for a technical problem, or a bad address. Email customer you are cancelling. They don't complain. Whats wrong with this idea?
Think it through. Do you think every one of those 60 customers will be understanding? I wouldn't be surprised if you receive 1-2 neg feedback (if you can even leave feedback after a transaction cancelation on Amazon)
even so, when they're reviewing your account they can see the messages you sent to customers and have 60 cancelations does not look good whatsoever.
