Default Amazon Account Suspened for poor performance

I had the account for 2 mouths had it at rating of 96.0 in 1 week turn to 63%

History:

1st mouth
1. Policy Listing Violation

2. 5 star feedback

3. Review of Account

4. 1 Charge Back but no information regarding which item on dashboard

2nd mouth

1. USPS Late shipments

2. Got a neg feedback

3. A-Z Claim never received

Should I wait to appeal and send e-mails to buyers to leave feedback

I think you have a somewhat good shot at getting your account reinstated. I would definitely try to get as many positive feedbacks BEFORE you try to appeal. Try to get any negative feedbacks removed by Amazon if they are indeed feedbacks that violate Amazon's policies. If you have any pending orders, you want to ship them out in a timely manner.

And make sure you respond to customers within 24 hours always. This seems small, but is bigger in Amazon's eyes than most people realize.

If your account is too far in the crapper. Consider just starting new and not shipping pending packages.

Could be related to low volume. Your metrics are based on numbers relative to the number of orders.

Too many weird things happening in the past 2 months - you could try an appeal but Az is pretty tight....I would not expect best results.

Make ghost accounts right now while you pitch an appeal.
