Here what has worked for me.......
1. Print a small note, keep it short and simple, and tape it to the item on both sides. No one wants to read a paragraph.
2. Email them 1 week AFTER their item has been delivered. If you wait too long to email then they will not leave feedback at all. You could also email them after you know it has been delivered (simply check tracking in the order).
3. There isnt much else you can do. I sold 3,000+ items in 1-2 months and acquired about 120 feedback. And I did everything possible. At one point I didnt recieve a feedback for 3 weeks, so I started to include a note saying "One random winner a week will receive a free shipping refund!" Magically got about 20 feedback about 4 days after I did that, but be carefully not to email that. Amazhon reads emails like a book.
