Amazon Incorporates CONTACT RESPONSE TIME into Customer Metrics

Amazon is now displaying percentages calculating your your response times to customers customer emails.
They might eventually calculate this into ODR rate pending the test run.
Details below.... Is contact response time calculated for messages that do not receive a response?
No, contact response time is only calculated for messages that receive a response. However, the number of messages without a response is displayed in the chart. Will these metrics be displayed to customers?
We do not currently plan to display these metrics to customers. If we decide to display the metrics to customers in the future, we will announce the change well in advance on the seller account home page. Will response-time metrics be used in seller performance evaluations?
Response-time metrics are not normally reviewed during seller performance evaluations, but we may review these metrics if a seller account shows extremely poor performance in other areas. Note, however, that customers who do not receive timely responses are more likely to leave negative feedback or file claims, and those do impact your performance metrics directly. Therefore it is important to review these response-time metrics regularly.
