New Account. Only 5 positive feedback. Just received 1 negative feedback. Contact customer a week ago and provided www.amazon.com/feedback link. Customer said sure I'll change it. Feedback never left. Contact customer again. No response. A week later, no sales since negative feedback left. Feedback in the 70's. Any recommendations? I'm open to desperate moves.

file complaint with amazon to get feedback remove under whatever grounds u can to try and get it removed. amazon customers are picky they don't usually buy from sellers with less than 90% feedback unless they are getting an awesome deal

I used to worry as you whenever I got a bad feedback or review. Now just contact someone who do Feedback/Review service to solve it. If you sell a few products in low price, there is no guarantee that you'll get good feedback.
