 ungating request declined
Hey guys. I am trying to get my legitimate account which was recently reinstated ungated in health and beauty. It seems they have recently increased what you need to provide for this category, which includes a letter from the local authority.
Annoyingly I actually have all legit invoices AND the letter, yet was recently still declined, which seems.. well pretty effing dumb! Any ideas welcome, here is the response

Our policies and procedures for determining whether a particular ASIN/category should have selling restrictions on it are complex and confidential, and processing applications to sell these items are in line with EU regulations. We are not obliged to disclose all criteria and once any documentation has been reviewed and a decision made, we will not review the same documents a second time.
You may only re-apply with new documentation by creating a brand new application. Please note that we will not provide further correspondence on this particular application. Re-opening this case may be resolved without a response.
