Can't open an unpaid item dispute after a transaction cancellation request declined..

To make this short ..a buyer bought an item for around $600, then told me he could not pay for it. So I asked him if I could send him an agreement to cancel the transaction and he said okay. I did that and 3 days later he declined the request saying that he's now getting the money together to pay for it. It's been 10 days now and he still hasn't paid and eBay won't let me open an unpaid item dispute because he rejected the cancellation request.

Isn't that crap?

Wow,,,I Never Heard of that,,,But, then again I never had that Sequence of events happen to me,,,,,Surly,,if you explain this Ebay,,,They must allow you at SOME Point in the future to open a dispute, or end this transaction without further penality to you,,,I must believe that Ebay Cannot expect you to stay commited to this transaction forever,,,I would call them again,,and talk to a Supervisor
