what you will need to do is fax/email paypal the proof of postage, including the receipt and form with the tracking number... if you have all this you will be fine...
go into your paypal, resolution centre, open the dispute and there will be options on how to send info, i usually scan my receipts and email it to them, never had a problem as long as you have the proof
i have had paypal clear the payment within a day, usually a few days.
you will,no doubt, get negative feedback for this... but as long as you get your money its a small price to pay
