Any advice? The sum should be a bit over $20,000. Transaction will take place outside of ebay.
Just to clarify, I am wanting to know what form of payment I should use. I am going to offer wire transfer, but most people will dismiss that in fear that they will be scammed.

Depending on distance, i would say for you to meet in person for such a large transaction.. or get a merchant account and take the necessary steps ensure the transaction goes well. Payment installments would probably be best (maybe about $4-5000)
