Default Verification again

This account around 2 years old never had any issue solid account
This was verified around 1 and half year ago and now suddenly verification team asked for proof of address

Nothing is changed nothing at all

Then they asked vat certificate I said business sale dropped and it's no longer vat registered
Then they said proof of address is old which sent at last dedication send recent one sent them
They they said letter from HMRC also old so I sent them same letter again
Proof of bank account ownership which also sent bank statement

Now it's been 3 weeks it's still under review

Is this Normal?
Sent email to them replied still reviewing my documents and once it's done we will let u know

Sent email to jeff next day same reply

Do i think it's something serious?

Listing are not active

I am thinking since before utr number was random but last year they rejecting as this has to be in certain digit can this be the issue?

Probably not the best advice yet since it's good to find out what caused this issue. Back ups are always a good idea but would be nice to solve this crisis

I have backups but as rsot mentioned i need to find out what caused this issue, I have many oem ASIN and this account was very good order 99% feedback with 0.15 defect rate only

Got this reply from them, what this could be? any chance to get account back?

our account has failed our verification process. As a result, you can no longer sell on any of Amazon’s European marketplaces. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

You can access your Seller Central account for the next 40 days. After this time, you will not have access to Seller Central, including your financial reports.

If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. Please contact payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk if you have questions about funds.

Within the next 30 days, please create a removal order in Seller Central for any items stored in Amazon’s fulfillment centres (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....tems-list.html). You can choose to dispose of this inventory or have it returned to you.

Was this a stealth account?

Just bear in mind that even though verification passes previously, Amazon can decide to request it again (any number of times) later on.
