Linking accounts through ASIN

Scenario:

1st seller account: US & CANADA seller account. If this account has a large roster of ASIN's in the book cataogy listed on Amazon.com and becomes suspended and a 2nd seller account on the CANADA marketplace then lists the same ASIN's is there anywhere they could be linked?

For example, lets say there are 1000 ASINS's on the US marketplace for the 1st account, becomes suspended and the second seller account on the CANADA marketplace uploads the same ASIN's. Any linkage?

Yes definitely possible... avoid listing same items. Create new listings if necessary

But I thought marketplaces are segregated from each other?
