Name on bank card

Does the name on the bank account need to match on the same I enter on my amazon account. For example my bank card it's Tom thanks and on amazon I enter tom thank. Will this cause a problem.

Shouldn't make a difference.
Noone can see the name of the card holder.

They cannot see card name information so you can enter any name you want
Best to use the accounts name though!

If your stealth store name is John Smith

The bank holders name you provide in that space needs to show John Smith

Otherwise they will question why you have mismatching names on your amazon account

As far as the bank receiving disbursements, most banks will work with mismatching info
