I want to do a test buy on a listing, will I be fine if I purchase this item from my real account ?

Yes you can do but you need to also report to sell from same email of that account where you purchased the item

If I purchase from the stealth account and use a amz gift card, will this set off any triggers ?

I ask because I'm purchasing the amz gift card from a different state from were I'm using it.
