Account deleted - followed all stealth steps
 

Hi guys,

I am very confused. Please let me know what I have done wrong to avoid it in future.

Created Stealth Account and has been working fine for about 3 weeks. Amazon asked me right in the beginning to send docs (ID + proof of address) which I have submitted. Account got verified and hit with the 15k limit. After a few days I sent in 7 pcs for FBA.

I have sold all of them. Then I have sold 5 other items with seller fulfilled and after I marked the items as shipped, I refunded the buyer. I didnt have them in stock and I know I should have checked my stock but I emailed him and offered him a massive discount for any future purchases.
So since yesterday I cannot login. I sent Amazon an email without any response so far. It is impossible that I have been linked. I am using VMware and dedicated IP. What could be the reason?

This could be the reason. For new account, one small mistake could kill.

Were the items you sold products you previously sold on another account?

That could be 1 reason.. or the files you uploaded for verification did not pass

Or... your system isn't entirely clean.

As a new account, you have to be very carefully. Cancel many orders may result in suspension.
I almost lost my account last week ,since I confirmed some shipment before actually shipped.
