Need assistance with EU blocked accounts with money transfrer

Hello,

Need assistance with EU blocked accounts with money transfer on time..

I have a few EU blocked accounts with no access to them.. in the past i was send a email and Amazon send me money on time (After the 90 days from suspended day)
But at last days Amazon answer in late and if no bank on account them can ask for bank by letter after a months.. and money as well.. in months..

any idea's how to get money on TIME from EU blocked accounts?
