How did I get this message?

I just got this message:

I know this is normally because of AVS issues with a card, but there is no credit card linked to the account. I paid for the order with Amazon Gift Card, is it because of the billing address? Is it because the buyer (I'm drop shipping to eBay) is already banned on Amazon? The GC was received from Kindle Unlimited so would that be the case? Please help because I have GC on it that I do not want to go to waste! |
