forgot previous bank account number

I want to changed the bank account in my Amazon Stealth but i forgot the previous bank account number ( they require it to change new deposit information ). Should i contact them about the issue and what document will they required to verified? And what is their email address for this situation?

Same situation. Dead end. The account is effectively gone.

Amazon reps will not offer any help if you say you forget the number, they will act surprised, and insist you contact the bank to recover your bank account number that you've forgotten (which is, actually, fairly legit advice from their point of view).

In my case, I used a made-up random number during registration. I guess your case may be the same. Lesson learned.
