What did I do wrong here?

Ok, here's what happened. I opened a new account. Redeemed a gift card after a few days. They took away my balance because of "account security reasons".
I used a dedicated IP, tested 100% anonymity on whoer.net. Never had a problem like this before. I'm using Opera browser. Any idea why this happened?

It's not, they confirmed it to me that there's a problem with the account not the GC.

Yes they say this but it's more likely gc
