first time poster but not sure where to ask this question
ok i have an amazon and ebay account and on both of them 2 items have been taken down 1 was from scanning software they must use and another i assume was vero because they said the right owner got in touch and give me their email to get it lifted
the items arent serious just fidget spinner and elf on the shelf and there are still people selling the exact same ones on both sites so just curious to why mine have been taken down possibly because my accounts are new
anybody have any help on anything i can do

Were both of the accounts banned for those reasons? Reasons why one seller account can weather these types of complaints and others get nuked are various but usually depends on the account history. So if yours is fairly new or low volume, they don't tolerate these claims as much as a seller doing 100k+ in sales (not that those accounts are totally immune because they still want to try to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.)
