Vero Question! - is there a specific time of day vero infractions are handed down?
I wanted to put some Vero times together, and see when auctions gets verod the most. So please share when have u notice your auctions getting Vero's the most.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I sell authentic items, but which I get through the back door of the factory, so I can sell them for 1/4th of the regular price. I got VERO'd twice the last month and always on a Wednesday to Friday, never between Saturday to Tuesday. Don't know if that helps..
I wonder if they can VERO you on 1 day listings, too? And can they VERO you on closed listings? Say the auction ends already ..will they still remove it?

From my experience - Yes, they do, VERO on closed listing. And sometimes I got VERO only few hours later after the auction had been finished listing, also during weekend. I think they are awake 25 hours a days.
Sorry, forgot to explain. VERO on ended listing on my case was. I had 2 same items. One closed yesterday (did not sell) and the other one was on the auction for another 3 days. They removed the active first and then the one that ended yesterday. They even Vero on the items that I have been self "terminate"
I know the T&S department works 24/7 on VERO complaints ...but the companies that submit these complaints probably don't work on weekends, so I assume you're safer listing things during the weekends.

NO i STRONGLY disagree with this statement.. my observation is that my items used to be removed on mondays after i listed on weekends... probably veros members are enjoying picking listins up on weekend nigts .. browsing ebay having fun noting listings and on monday morning faxing the lists to ebay.. go f*** em
and to all those wondering how come they remove ur ended listings.. well if u go to advance search and look for search history for items that have been ended u can find all those listings which are ended.. this kind of search is available for a month or two.. so u r still vulnerable if ur listing has ended

Right, that's exactly what I think...it has to be a time where they don't work, and if they do work, there not alot of VERO associates around, and I think W-S is the better time to post items.
It's amazing sometimes too. I have to clear my stock, items which are not allowed to sell on Ebay because of the Vero. I hidden the item carefully in my shop (only 1 piece). I listed it with NO NAME - NO BRAND - NOTHING !! The little devil found my item few hours later.

Maybe theres a bot to scan for pictures used in previously VeRO'd auctions. just a guess
I think you need 5+ feedback to list 1 day auctions and accept PayPal ..or 10+ feedback without PayPal.
This is true. I can't remember though if it requires you to provide the paypal address at the time of the listing though or just say you accept it within the listing body. I believe providing it, you'd have to make it "paypal preferred" while just mentioning it would give a bit more flexibility. Anyone remember?
In any case, I would say bad times for vero goods would be first of the morning and end of day, early evening. The times when people will be home (including Vero) just scanning auctions.
I just thought of this. I send alot of second chance offers out, so if the main auction was taken down from vero would the second chance offers(the ones that buyers already accepted) be taken down too?
I have a trick I sometimes use to beat the eBay and trademark holder 'watchdogs'. But I won't post it here in an open forum, once it is made private (as announced by aspkin), I'll be happy to share. In 99% of the cases, they won't discover your listings but you will still get bidders.
