Amazon Suspended
 

I listed 2 old linksys switches in used condition one is a 5 port the other is a 8 port. They were listed for about $8 each and amazon suspended my account. Please see below.

I emailed them saying I dont have any receipts these are 5 year old items we had lying around the house and that we will remove the listings which we did.

How do I reply to them

If you dont give them invoices you will be suspended. If you try and reason with them with logic that they are used items and 5 years old you will be suspended. I've tried to rationalize this with Amazon before and its extremely frustrating as they just keep asking for the same invoices over and over gain.

Forge some invoices and give it to them. This is what I did for some 10 year old used items which I had no invoices for and they accepted it. Adapt and overcome.

is this account shot now? I just went through so much work to open this account with a LLC and business bank account? Can anyone send me invoices they have used in the past and I can edit them

All you need to do is provide invoices and a solid plan of action and you’ll be reinstated almost always

Make sure the invoices are from the USA/UK for best results

i purchased them from newegg and send them the bill for them

they wont even get back to me now so I guess that account is done right?

does anyone have a invoice I can use?

Why did they suspend your account? What was the email your received?
