And yes of course you can create accounts with no issues and 15k mark but it's getting harder these days and you'll still run the risk of getting hit with verification when you add the bank account or at some other point.
For myself I prefer to get the verification **** done right away. Makes the accounts stronger and you're not in vain anymore weather you'll pass verifiaction or not after you grew the account. |
