Ever file an IP complaint?

If someone files an IP Rights complaint, do they file it on a user or the entire list of sellers? How long once a complaint is issued, does Amazon take action?

I made a couple.

Sometimes I'll just send a message to the seller. Unfortunately you can contact the seller only through the "contact Seller" button and you can't add files to your message (like the trademark certificate for example. Thus some sellers won't comply and I'll take things to Amazon.

First of all you need to identify the seller(s) that are infringing your IP. Amazon also ask's you to make a test buy for each and every IP claim and add it as a proof. Which is nonsense of course, but they ask for it to take further action. In reality however I have seen that almost all sellers left my IPs alone, after I complained to amazon even without a test buy. When I complain to Amazon about IP infringement I always add the respective Trademark certificate to the email.

I can't really say how long it takes, but mostly when I check back 3 days after the complaint action was taken already.

You don't need to buy test purchase
Right holder can select sellers on the products or report all sellers or even report the detailed page they will take action.

Normally they take action from 10 min to 12 hours ( most of cases)
Can request more infrosmtion which can delay

But they are really fast taking action

How do they prove they are the right holder? I dont understand why some asshole would report this asin when it was just me and a distributor. They took both us down with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.

Would spoofing the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email address to Amazon work?

Just create your own asin, how hard can it be?
