Sometimes I'll just send a message to the seller. Unfortunately you can contact the seller only through the "contact Seller" button and you can't add files to your message (like the trademark certificate for example. Thus some sellers won't comply and I'll take things to Amazon.
First of all you need to identify the seller(s) that are infringing your IP. Amazon also ask's you to make a test buy for each and every IP claim and add it as a proof. Which is nonsense of course, but they ask for it to take further action. In reality however I have seen that almost all sellers left my IPs alone, after I complained to amazon even without a test buy. When I complain to Amazon about IP infringement I always add the respective Trademark certificate to the email.
I can't really say how long it takes, but mostly when I check back 3 days after the complaint action was taken already.
