Is it possible to cicrumvnet FBA removals?
For sellers familiar with FBA, customer returns which are deemed "Customer damaged" by FBA (even if its not actually damaged) the item will be unfulfillable.
This requires you to create a removal order for the unfulfillable inventory and then afterwards send it straight back to Amazon FBA.
This has always ailed me and requires additional resources and time for such a counterproductive task just so you can start selling again. Does anyone know how to circumvent this?
...
I've recently learned you ask contact seller support by email if you wish to change the asin's of inventory in FBA. I've been selling on Amazon for years and never knew this until I read it on these forums a week ago. Previous calls to the incompetent, mouth-breathing Martians employed at Seller Support told me in Engrish that its not possible and you must create FBA removals and send back (which I have done for years, not knowing this was not necessary).
I am hoping the same can be true for customer damaged FBA inventory.
