Amazon ask for invoices again and again!

Hello everyone, I just got this problem and I don't know how to go through it. Please help!

I received an e-mail from listings-evaluation-nasd@amazon.com (Seller Performance Team) which said:

Your listings below may not match the detail page description. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to list items against detail pages for different products.

Within 7 days, please reply with invoices for these products demonstrating you have the complete, branded items in the conditions described on the detail page. We will review the invoices you provide. If we do not receive any, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.

I submitted invoices from our manufacturer to them and I kept getting the same e-mail from them back asking for the same thing.

I don't know how to solve this problem. Pls help!

You need different invoices as the ones you’re submitting they’re hesitant to accept

I would avoid continuously sending the same ones more than 2 times

Oh christ... once they do this, it's a really tough situation.

Don't you have a legitimate invoice to send them? You can't use the one you already sent if they rejected it.

If a false invoice is submitted to Amazon, will the Amazon check if it is authentic or not to supplier?

If they make the assumption your invoice is forged they will send you an email about it.

With whatever invoices you’re submitting to amazon always make sure to remove EXIF data using batchpurifiet
