INR and buy shipping
 

Amazon will cover INR if using their shipping, how do you instruct a buyer to file an A-Z if they ask where their item is? yo, go file an a-z? I guess there is no real way to be professional about it and just tell them Amazon handles shipping and to file an a-z so they can research it?

No real professional way - I understand what you're hinting at but buyers may find this to be underhanded

Thanks for your recent purchase and sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. After researching this issue I can understand your concerns. I kindly ask that you please allow 24hrs to past incase the USPS has prematurely marked this item as delivered. I also kindly ask you to please check with neighbors, family members, etc. as sometimes the carrier will hand deliver the item and at times the item can be put down and forgotten about. In the event the item still is not found, I kindly ask you to please call 1 (888) 280-4331 and ask the agent to file an A-Z claim for Item lost in transit. You may also email/chat with customer service or file an A-Z claim yourself. This process will help amazon locate the package with internal tools and will issue a refund within 72hrs.
