I kindly ask that you please allow 24hrs to past incase the USPS has prematurely marked this item as delivered. I also kindly ask you to please check with neighbors, family members, etc. as sometimes the carrier will hand deliver the item and at times the item can be put down and forgotten about. In the event the item still is not found, I kindly ask you to please call 1 (888) 280-4331 and ask the agent to file an A-Z claim for Item lost in transit. You may also email/chat with customer service or file an A-Z claim yourself. This process will help amazon locate the package with internal tools and will issue a refund within 72hrs.
