Default Anyone opened new Amazon accounts lately?

Does Amazon.com still require three documents right after account creation? I assumed that it was a temporary measure during the holiday period, is it gone or still there?

Wait, they asked you for what now?

I opened some in December... they asked me for nothing.

Thanks for your answer. That saved me from some wasted effort.

I know you guys (those who sell accounts for a living) have figured out a way. I haven't. My docs always get rejected or receive no response at all.

I hope those doc requests will go away soon...

There is no way around that, the fail rate is just higher these days than normal. Have to keep making more to offset it

They won't go away, if anything they'll become more prevalent as more sellers game their systems. Thats part of the game.

Not every time as soon as you create them no, but just because they don't ask for ID straight away it doesn't mean they won't ask for it before you hit the £15k disbursement

So they don't always ask for ID? I only just signed up as a seller when Amazon Australia just got released 2 months ago to see what it's like and I got hit with those 3 document requests so I just concluded it was a waste of time. A month later their customer service finally refunded me.. no idea why they are billing me immediately when they don't let me sell immediately.. but then because their customer service took so damn long to fill a simple request I was billed again for the next month, and then it took another two weeks to refund again, and then finally close the account.

3. Amazon is one enormous computer calculating risk. When making an account, your
only goal should be to minimize the perceived risk factor of their bots.

Here are the major factors that are being observed when opening an account:

---> Credit Card
---> Bank Account
---> UBID
---> Flash UBID
---> Telephone Number
---> SIVA Phone Number
---> Email Address
---> Fingerprint
---> Password
---> IP Address

Where most people are going wrong are they are not aligning the geographical features that can all be traced to a general area. IP address, area code of phone number, zip code from address, zip code from address of bank, and the time zone that they are tracking you in in real-time all aligning properly? Probably not -- there is no luck involved. It is either you are accounting for the factors that they are checking for or you are not.

Being on the electrol list seems amazon will open you account without ID although not sure when hitting limits. Non Electrol asking for lot of Information like Bank account linked before you sell then this means you have wasted another bank account as 50/50 If they decide to pass. Basically any limitation don''t appeal create another one. This is for amazon.co.uk
