Default Authenticator app problem

I'm locked out of my amazon account because I enabled google two step verification but deleted my email from the Authenticator app. Now amazon sends the code but I don't receive it in my google authenticator app. How can I get amazon to either send me a new barcode so I can use the Authenticator app? By the way my backup phone number with amazon has changed so I cannot receive the SMS option to reset the process.

That's a very hard situation to get out of...

Unless you have a backup code of your authenticator app, you will have a hard time getting back in

maybe you restored apps to pc/mac during a previous sync?

This happened to me and I had to change all the info again and send them an ID...

If you don't mind me asking, how did you change your info without being able to login to your account? Were you able to do it over the phone?
