US billing address for Amazon.ca?

I have some VCC's that can use US billing addresses only.

Could I create an Amazon.ca seller account and use a US billing address and US VCC? I am not sure if this would work as my ID is Canadian with a Canadian address and this wont match the billing address I'd set on the account to match the AVS of the VCC.

You can use a PO box in the US, either at USPS or UPS.

Amazon does not allow PO boxes for an address. I dont know why you would recommend a PO box over a normal address.

I simply want to know if I can create an Amazon.ca account (Canada) but use a charge method which is a US CC with a US billing address.
